Yes. Our meals are thoughtfully portioned and made with clean ingredients. Each meal includes clearly listed macros so you can make informed choices while still enjoying real Vietnamese food.
Do you use preservatives or additives?
No. Our meals are made from scratch using fresh ingredients and do not contain unnecessary preservatives or fillers.
Heating & Storage
Do meals come fresh or frozen?
All meals are delivered fresh, never frozen, and ready to heat.
How do I reheat my meals?
Meals can be reheated in the microwave or on the stovetop.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days when properly stored.
Can I freeze the meals?
Yes. Meals can be frozen to extend shelf life. For best quality, we recommend freezing as soon as possible and consuming within 1–2 months.
